If on May 31, 2013 , More than one competitor has equal votes, the winner will be the contestant with the most votes and views.
Requirements
All contestants must be 18 years old or older. Competition code must be submitted with entry photo. Nude or otherwise inappropriate submissions will not be approved. All submitted photo must be approved before going live, in the event of problem you will be contacted to replace photo. Submitted photo must be maximum 700kb and in .jpg format.
